Macildowie HR are recruiting for an interesting pharmaceutical company for a Junior HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for a step up from an Assistant role and get the development into an advisory position or an experiencedAdvisor looking for more autonomy.

THE ROLE:

- Dealing with employee relations cases, providing guidance in relation to performance, conduct and absence.
- Assisting with disciplinary investigations and grievance hearings where required.
- Undertaking all aspects of recruitment
- Optimising all recruitment related material on social media platforms
- Producing all new starter documentation, including offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Overseeing the successful onboarding all of employees
- Supporting with various aspects of learning & development across the business.
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support to all other transactional HR processes.
- Creating and preparing various HR reports using the HR & Payroll system.

ABOUT YOU:

- Experience within a HR team
- Ideally CIPD qualified or studying towards (desirable not essential)
- Knowledge of the employee relations process
- Able to work onsite every day
- Personable and able to build relationships
