We can achieve a marketing-to-sales conversion rate of up to 70 percent.
We are looking for a vPro Promoter to join our Intel team to drive education and enablement to partner sales teams for increased Intel vPro Platform technology awareness and understanding, for pipeline development and revenue delivery. The role of vPro promoters is channel sales enablement for Intel vPro Business Client technologies.
The strategy is to drive scale of adoption and proactive selling of vPro through training and co-selling with Intel partners. The program has close alignment with our vPro Marketing campaigns. It is designed for reaching parts of the market not covered by the direct Intel sales force and can react to market changes driven, for example, by tactical moves by Intel competitors.
The goal of the program is to increase unit volume sales and adoption of vPro client solutions directly and indirectly, primarily the mid-market and public sector.Partners covered by the program are: Value Added Resellers (VAR), Systems Integrators (SI), Managed Service Providers (MSP), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Local OEM's, Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) members.

**Key Resposibilities**:
- Familiarity with Intel product roadmaps, messaging & latest internal promotions.
- Advocacy to eco-system partners for selling Intel vPro platform-based PCs and other Intel products and services for refresh acceleration or TAM expansion where supply is feasible. o Focus on developing and delivering against the market opportunity for Intel vPro platform-based systems and educating on related technologies.
- Generate and follow up on end customers leads with a view to selling vPro. This will include vPro training and demos as well as long term follow up with each prospect.
- Develop relationships by making visits / phone assessments, provide product updates, problem identification and resolutions.
- Should FTF contact prove impractical, virtual via MSFT Teams/Zoom/Google Hangouts etc
- BNZSA Lead gen agents will be delivering leads to assist with co-selling. However, promoters are expected to generate their own end customers leads through their own business development initiatives
- Liaising with Intel counterparts to ensure all leads are successfully loaded and tracked in SFDC
- Responding in a timely manner to requests from the central BNZSA team
- Maximize support and advocacy by organising and delivering training for partners
- Attend and participate in partner activities, including, but not limited to, product launches, events, and roadshows.
- Supporting the existing account management team in meeting country KPIs and individual account objectives outlined in business plans
- Working in tandem with EMEA technical and sales personnel, raising awareness of opportunities and jointly handling leads provided by Intel for partner usage.
- Assembling market data/customer sentiment and reporting back to Intel
- Development (in partnership with BNZSA digital and creative team) of case studies that reflect the unique benefits of vPro
- Awareness and promotion of aligned marketing campaigns and available assets. (content will be provided by Intel)
- Advocacy of the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) program to eligible partners
- Driving partners to become specialists in managed services and/or DaaS
**Reporting Metrics/Cadence**
- Promoters are expected to fulfil the following reporting responsibilities:
- Attend a weekly teleconference meeting to share activities, plans and help needed.
- Accurate completion of the deal win / pipeline excel tracker at least 2 hours before the weekly teleconference.
- Deliver feedback on Market/customer/competitor sentiment
- Report opportunities by form factor/technology/OEM/won & lost
- Provide details of completed sales trainings delivered by support provided (Number of staff trained)
- Planned and executed event support.
**Who You'll Work With**:
- Each promoter is expected to actively work with a group of 5 to 10 resellers (usually agreed by Intel)
- Support 1-2 partner events (OEM, Distributors, resellers) per qtr.
