Job Title: Sales and Promotions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Promotions Specialist to join our team at Rila Publications Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing product visibility for our premium Manuka honey brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to introduce our product to key markets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure consistent product availability and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support online marketing initiatives, including managing social media platforms and coordinating digital promotions to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Organize and execute product presentations, tastings, and events to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all promotional activities and maintain a strong brand image.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or health-related industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish strong partnerships with retailers and distributors.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online sales channels to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
