**Internal Sales Co-ordinator**
Pertemps are seeking a proactive and dynamic Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our clients established and busy team in Stafford Park. You will be an essential part of the team who will provide high levels of customer care aswell as developing new leads andsales to continue the growth of the company.
**Responsibilities & Duties**_not limited to_
- Telephone sales to both “warm” and “cold” prospective customers.
- Generating own call schedule & creating own research techniques/disciplines.
- Seeking out new business leads using various means including internet & social media.
- Customer service calls to existing customers and managing queries regards orders, difficulties etc.
- Dealing with customer service issues promptly, effectively and to customer satisfaction.
- Establishing, Maintaining & Developing existing customer relationships.
- Working to agreed targets.
- Assisting colleagues with any administrative duties when required.
- Liaising closely with other departments and colleagues.
- Any other duties required to support the needs and requirements of the business.
- Will have previous experience within a customer service or administrative position.
- Enthusiastic and confident with an outgoing personality.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
- A team player who is also capable of using initiative.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst multi-tasking and prioritising workloads.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and systematically.

**Salary**£10.85 - 11.84p/h _£22-24,000 per annum _
**Hours**Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30 Fri - 16:00 _30 mins lunch unpaid_
