**About the role**

One of the great clients of mine is currently looking for an IT Help desk analyst to join their small team located in the heart of London. The company is a well-established Architecture firm and the role would be

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working within a team of 1st line support engineers in managing and supporting customer service engagements
- Logging all service requests, incidents, problem records and change requests within the Ticketing system
- Alerting Senior Analysts and Managers of reoccurring incidents and potential issues
- Escalating problems to the senior team members and third-party suppliers where necessary
- Assisting with team's administration duties

**Key skills**
- Strong customer service skills
- 18+ months' experience working in a similar role
- 1st line software support experience within Windows environment
- Professionalism and a courteous nature in managing customer service, expectation, and delivery
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Understanding of PC Hardware and operating systems
- Active Directory
