What you need
**?** Experience of working at least 2 years in an IT service desk of a law firm or within a large professional services environment (e.g. banking, consulting or accounting) would be a distinct advantage, although not essential**?** Experience with investigating and analysing Windows 7/10, Worksite/Filesite 8.5, Microsoft Office 2010, Expert, Interaction, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Workshare, AirWatch, BES5 and BES10, BigHand, MS Teams** ?** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application support with strong skills needed on Outlook and Windows 7
