- Spire Gatwick Park Hospital in Horley have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Governance Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time and Permanent Basis. The role will be to provide a quality professional and efficient administration service that supports the smooth running of the Hub Medical Governance Department. And to ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of Medical Governance administration service to the Hub team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide day to day Medical Governance administration support within the Hub as required ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service both to internal and external customers
- To have responsibility for ensuring that the administration processes for providing Medical Governance information are delivered effectively and in a timely manner
- To maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Medical Governance service provided by the Hub and be able to liaise with hospital teams as required
- Undertake daily task lists for Hub Medical Governance administration department
- Attend regular departmental meetings and keep up to date on all Hub matters relating to Medical Governance
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures ensuring that processes are compliant and delivered to the required regulatory and clinical standards required
- Project a professional image, with concern for accuracy, confidentiality and customer-focused service.
- Carry out other duties commensurate with the post and within post holder’s capabilities.

**Who we’re looking for;**
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience in administrative support role
- Experience of working independently and on own initiative
