National Sales Manager - Competitive Salary + Uncapped Bonus & Company Car
UK Based Role
Elevation Recruitment are exclusively working with an innovative vehicle rental company, who are looking to grow their business development team through the appointment of a National Sales Manager.
Our client places themselves uniquely in the vehicle rental market with their innovative rental management software and are looking for someone with a strong background in B2B vehicle rental and management, to join their ambitious sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- New business generation through a variety of proactive methods
- Strong B2B sales experience
- National coverage - field based sales role
- Build relationships with new clients and develop existing accounts
- Mentoring and upskilling of new team members
Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for a someone who has worked at a national level with a proven track record for growth and new business
- Ability to forge new relationships with a hunter mentality
- Experience in negotiating and executing high value orders for large organisations of 5000+ employees
- Previous experience in B2B vehicle rental is highly desirable
- Experience in selling IT software is highly desirable
- A forward thinking and problem-solving attitude
- UK driving license is essential
