Building Control Inspector

MFA Building Control is one of the oldest established, independently owned Approved Building Control Inspectors in the country, providing services to domestic and commercial clients throughout England and Wales for over 21 years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join our dedicated building control team in our Barlborough office, which excellent career advancement opportunities.
You will use your specialist knowledge to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency, and enhancing the safety and accessibility of the built environment.
You will need to have extensive post qualification experience in Building Control and have a sound knowledge of the Building Regulations, Building Act and associated codes of practice, standards and legislation. We appreciate this is a time of change within the Building Control sector and we are committed to your professional development, and providing you with the tools you need to further your career path.
We offer a company car scheme or cash allowance, private medical insurance, 25 days minimum holiday allowance and a performance based bonus scheme in addition to a salary based upon experience.
**Salary**: £43,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
