Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our friendly team based at our Head Office on Coney Green, Chesterfield. The role will be across three days a week, on a part time basis.

**Salary - **£14,100 per annum plus bonus

**Type - **Permanent, Part Time

**Working Pattern - **Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role involves working as part of a team to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Credit Control department. We are looking for a hardworking and contentious individual who can use their effective time management skills in order to complete a variety of tasks accurately and to schedule.

**Other key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Preparing invoices and statements and ensuring these are dispatched to customers on time.
- Receiving payments and processing these onto the in-house computer system.
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Supporting the regional offices and working with them to resolve any issues swiftly.
- Participating in general office duties such as answering phone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and carrying out other housekeeping tasks.
- Developing a thorough understanding of Company procedures and our in-house computer systems.

- Previous experience working within a similar role
