**Role**:
We are looking for a high-performing individual with the desire, aptitude, and drive to work in a start-up environment. The role is varied and will cover all aspects of operations (including: logistics, supply chain management, and customer service).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the successful fulfilment of customer orders, including: receiving customer orders, processing customer orders, placing supplier re-stocking orders, and processing units of stock.
- Pick / Pack / Ship finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
- Trouble-shoot international shipment issues.
- Perform inventory spot check and warehouse transfers.

This is not a definitive list of responsibilities and it is expected that the role will be varied.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good communication skills, telephone manner, and tone.
- Ability to manage time effectively, to prioritise and complete tasks required.
- Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency, including Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodological approach to work.
- Results orientated with the drive and ability to set and meet agreed objectives.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

**About You**:
You will enjoy adapting to a changing environment and have a high attention to detail. You will be able to work effectively in a diverse team towards a common goal. Your organizational and time management skills would have been gained in a fast-paced environment such as retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing. You will need to be an excellent communicator and team player with a positive “can do” attitude.

**Renumeration**:
Competitive depending on experience.
