We are looking for an experienced marketeer to act as Head of Digital and Marketing for a fixed term period, covering a role due to maternity leave.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will support the existing team with the execution of the marketing plan across UK, Asia and US whilst also continuing to lead several strategic projects (new brand roll out, CRM, PR, CSR etc.).

**The role**:

- Work alongside the Leadership team to contribute towards crafting the overall Company strategy
- Lead the newly defined brand roll out across all markets
- Lead the team in successful delivery of the marketing plan across the markets
- Management of third-party agencies (digital and PR) to ensure priorities are clear and we are getting optimum return on our investment
- Ensure continuous development of our digital channel mix (e.g paid media optimisation, CRM progression and ultimately driving up frequency and boosting loyalty across the brand)
- Ensure we are gaining positive brand traction through press and influencer engagement
- Develop strategies to boost sales and profits for locations that may require additional support, working with the Operations team in the process
- Own and develop customer metrics, ensuring that we have a strong and positive brand image
- Drive our Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda and being a real champion in the division and implementation of our social responsibility objectives
- Develop and track annual marketing budgets at a global and local level
- Ensuring all customer facing collateral and consumables are on brand, acting as key brand guardian across territories
- Working as the main point of contact for third party delivery partners ensuring the brand is represented in the appropriate way, developing marketing strategies to gain market share
- Ensuring the businessis aware of new technological advancesthat could support the customer experience and businessstrategy
- Support the HR department in creating and implementing our internal brand messaging
- Work with our operations department to innovate the food and drink offering
- Create and produce ROI reports on all marketing activity, measuring success and recognising where progression can be made

**Your previous experience & ability**:

- Have previous experience and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Have previous experience of developing a reputable global brand
- Have experience leading a marketing team
- Have experience in delivering a robust and effective marketing strategy
- Have strong brand, digital, social media, and PR experience
- Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering customer engagement and building audiences both online and offline
- Be successful within a small business environment with the passion, initiative and energy that makes things happen
- Know how to measure what you do and are motivated by improving the numbers
- Be an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data and intuition to inform all decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
