**HR Assistant**

At EQ, people are at the heart of what we do.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to add to our HR and Training team by recruiting an experienced HR Assistant. We are continually striving to improve on the provision of an excellent, professional service to staff within our growing practice across all offices, and this generalist role will be to assist the Senior HR and Training Manager in all aspects of HR.

You will have recent experience of working in an HR environment and ideally you will hold, at least, a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent with Associate membership of CIPD.

This is a busy, professional but friendly environment where confidentiality is essential. A flexible approach to working within a small close team is required as is the ability to use your own initiative and work with minimum supervision. Your communication skills and organisational skills are important.

You will be based in our Dundee office but travel to other offices will be expected, therefore, a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

We will work with you to enhance your technical skills and experience and provide any appropriate training where necessary.
