The Role

Our client is a passionate, patient focused Hospice in the Sheffield area their Inpatient unit provides specialist palliative care to adults diagnosed with any life-limiting illness, supporting patients and families through individual assessment and thedelivery of specialist nursing and medical care.

"This Hospice is like being in the middle of a loving and caring family" comments like this from families and patients, demonstrates the level of support and compassion that goes into the care they provide.

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 6-12 months band 5 nursing experience within a Hospital or Hospice within the last 3 years
- NMC Professional Registration
- Experience working in end-of-life care & syringe drivers
