Project Buyer

**About the role**

Want to be part of the project team delivering our next landmark building in London?

Working closely with the team of Quantity Surveyors, in a hard working, energetic and professional environment, the Buyer we’re looking for needs to be organised, dedicated and flexible, with a focus on quality, and speed of delivery, whilst not losing sight of the GP.

It’s a key role as part of the ‘project team’ and your responsibility will be to effectively procure items for the delivery of our projects, so an exciting team to be part of as you help turn the vision into a reality A high level of accuracy is very important, as is an excellent IT aptitude, you’ll need to be someone who gets their sense of achievement from delivering quality products to a specific timeline, whilst maintaining and hopefully improving the profitability of the project.

This is a full time position, Mon-Fri, based in our Chelmsford office as this will help facilitate training and ongoing development.

Includes 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

**Experience/Training required for the role**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a procurement role, within the Façade construction industry
- Highly IT literate with experience of effectively using and involvement in developing systems and processes

**Salary**: From £38,000.00 per year
