Vdeographer/ Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer and Content Creator with professional photography expertise to join our team. As a Videographer and Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and capturing captivating visuals that showcase properties for sale and to let. You will play a key role in creating engaging content for social media platforms and collaborating with our estate and letting agency.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Videography:

- Create professional videos of properties for sale and to let, ensuring they highlight key features and capture the essence of each property.
- Utilize your expertise in videography to employ suitable techniques, lighting, and camera equipment to deliver visually appealing videos.
- Conduct on-site shoots, capturing property exteriors, interiors, amenities, and surrounding areas, while showcasing their unique qualities.
- Collaborate closely with the estate and letting agency to understand their requirements and expectations for each video project.

2. Video Editing and Posting:

- Edit video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, clear audio, and engaging visual effects.
- Incorporate branding elements, titles, and captions into the videos as required.
- Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Manage the scheduling and posting of videos on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

3. Content Creation and Social Media Management:

- Generate behind-the-scenes content, showcasing the process of property staging, photography, and videography.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including images, short videos, and animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for content creation that align with the agency's brand identity.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in videography, photography, and content creation to enhance the agency's online presence.

4. Professional Photography:

- Utilize your professional photography skills to capture high-quality images of properties.
- Ensure images are well-composed, properly lit, and showcase the unique selling points of each property.
- Edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard software to optimize visual appeal.
- Work closely with the estate and letting agency to understand their photography requirements and meet their expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography and photography skills.
- Proficient in videography techniques, camera equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post-processing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in creating content specifically tailored for different platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture the unique qualities of properties and present them in an appealing manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the estate and letting agency and clients.
- Flexibility to travel across Essex as needed for on-site shoots.
- A passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to deliver exceptional visual content.
