**What will I be doing?**

You’ll be part of a team who provides food service across the whole restaurant. In your role you’ll be tasked with looking after the guest from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving guests food beverages within our restaurant areas.
- Ensuring restaurant is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Providing consistently excellent levels of customer service
- Following opening procedures and ensuring pre-service mise en place is completed efficiently.
- Ensuring you’re compliant for all HS and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Working as part of a larger team

**What are we looking for?**
- Prior experience as a waiter(ess) ideally gained in a hotel environment or similar.
- A customer service focussed mindset and obsession with delivering high quality service.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
