What will I be doing?

You’ll be part of a team who provides beverage service within the bar and restaurant areas. In your role you’ll be tasked with looking after the guest from the moment they enter the bar until they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing beverages in our bar areas
Preparing cocktails
Ensuring the bar areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times
Providing consistently excellent levels of customer service
Following opening procedures and ensuring pre-service mise en place is completed efficiently.
Ensuring you’re compliant for all HS and Food Hygiene procedures.
Working as part of a larger team

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience as a bartender ideally gained in a high quality restaurant environment.
A customer service focussed mindset and obsession with delivering high quality service.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
