Bar Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bar Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a Bar Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our bars, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and performing various administrative tasks to support the Bars Manager and the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure constant supply levels
  • Check in and log out stock when allocated to departments
  • Carry out regular stock level audits
  • Cashing up and banking takings
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Rotas & Time sheets
  • General admin duties

Pay Rates:

18+ from £up to £ per hour depending on age

Experience and Qualifications:

You don't need experience to join our Food & Beverage Team. We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.
