**ROLE OVERVIEW**
We are looking to recruit a corporate services assistant to join our passionate and hard-working finance and corporate services team.
As the corporate services assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our corporate functions.

**WHAT YOULL BE DOING**
- Office management - providing general administrative support by assisting with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing and filing documents. Helping to assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations and events
- Scheduling and calendar management - assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and events. Co-ordinate calendars and ensure timely reminders for upcoming activities
- Facilities support - assisting with operational support requirements; acting as a point of contact for tenant communications; goods and deliveries management control
- Record keeping - maintain accurate and organised records; assisting in generating regular and ad hoc reports for internal use
- Site supplies and management - monitor and manage site supplies, ensuring availability and restocking as necessary. Ensuring offices are kept in efficient working order
- Collaborative support - work closely with other administrative team members and departments to provide cross-functional support to ensure seamless operations

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Proven experience in administration or office support roles
**Skills and experience**
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- Customer service-orientated mindset with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Ability to achieve multiple deadlines and targets whilst managing internal and external demands and managing expectations
- Strong problem solving abilities and adaptability
- Ability to create, maintain and promote good working relationships internally and externally
- Resilient and adaptable to changing regulatory environments and project requirements
- Health and safety-conscious, valuing the well-being of employees and stakeholders

- Must live in the North East
