Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take orders from customers and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders

**Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
