Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the strategy, sales, operational and delivery of our B2B contracts for work delivered through ECO partners, Local Authorities and New Build.
- Working across the business, this is a significant growth area and you will need to ensure there are robust processes in place to ensure we can deliver an excellent experience for both the partner and end user.
- Produce a robust plan to ensure the area both achieves and exceeds its target and provides forecast estimates.
- You will also be required to ensure that what the team promises the rest of the business are able to deliver will be team targets to meet, which will be achieved through the partner giving us the maximum number of jobs per week/month. This is achieved through delivery an exceptional service and understanding the partners requirements.
- You will be responsible the team continue to place any new contracts, and potentially find new partners.
- Some experience on government energy efficiency schemes, new builds and local authority tendering is an advantage.
- Operational management of the team and setting KPI’s monitoring and performance, identify trends or areas of concern

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive continuous improvement

**Skills**:

- Experience in the energy efficiency/renewables market is key to this role.

A team player, who looks at the bigger picture and not just their own area.
- Able to work in a fast paced area, with the ability to think on their feet, solve problems quickly many of which will be of a technical nature.
- Experienced in building teams and processes
- Commercially aware
- Organised
- Strong stakeholder/relationship skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
