This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic and highly skilled clinically who wishes to enhance their operational and managerial experience within Level 2 Neuro and General Rehabilitation bedded units based at Willesden Centre for Health and Care.

The opportunity has arisen for a 1 year secondment into the position of Clinical Therapy Lead until 30 th April 2025.

You will need to demonstrate effective leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice and leadership.

The management and clinical leadership of Bedded Neuro and General Rehab Services. The post holder will support the Head of Clinical Services and Modern Matron in delivering on and monitoring standards, ensuring the delivery of high quality rehabilitation. On occasions this may involve deputising for the Head of Clinical Services and operationally supporting the service.

The post holder will be pro-active in creating an environment of continuous quality improvement and professional development, ensuring that patient goals and treatment plans are regularly reviewed and that service developments are implemented when necessary.

The post-holder will be jointly responsible with the Modern Matron for training and developing Clinical Support Workers by organising a programme that ensures competencies are gained.

Responsibilities will also include contributing to the delivery of the Local Quality Requirements, Key Performance Indicators and all key strategic activities and developments. This will be supported by high quality communications with all groups of staff, especially the senior therapists who will report directly and be managed by the Clinical Therapy Lead
