Job Description
** An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior MDT Coordinator to join the Oncology Service Line at HCA Healthcare UK. The role will support the MDTs across HCA to ensure that we are alignedto National Standards and accessible to all consultants practising within the business. **
Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure all consultants have access to appropriate MDT’s for patients**:

- **Ensure facilities access the MDT for the specialism in a timely manner by influencing clinical staff to utilise all available MDT’s**:

- **Facilitate quality improvement projects working alongside clinical staff to deliver improved outcomes**:

- **Promote a positive learning environment where changes are established and embedded to improve patient safety, experience and outcomes**:

- **Lead on lessons learned taking appropriate action and response to mistakes or service failures and ensuring an open learning culture is fostered**:

- **Foster trusting relationships with external stakeholders including consultants and Medical Secretaries**:

- **To ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with HCA MDT guidelines**

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Prior experience working as an MDT Coordinator**:

- **Experience of audit**:

- **Experience of multi professional working
