**Hours**:Full time, 37,5 hours per weeks, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
The post holder will provide high quality project, service, and administrative support, including information and analysis where appropriate, to the Project Management Team.
- Responsible for planning and organising daily workloads for resources including prioritising asset collections and adjusting work plans.
- Manage the resource for, and process by which IT support consultants are contracted to work for the organisation for assigned projects.
- Ensure that all IM&T policies and procedures are implemented and propose changes to and document new procedures.
- Responsible for the proper and safe use of IT equipment by users and that compliance to Health and Safety guidelines and Trust Policies is absolute.
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of his/her responsibilities across all service areas.
- Responsible for providing an active feed into the IT Asset Management Process and for monitoring the use of Trust owned assets. This responsibility also includes the recording of any alterations to the known state of an IT asset within the relevant Service Management system.

Ability to work to deadlines and act under pressure, prioritise workload for self and others work on own initiative

Logical and methodical approach to working and finding new ways of working

Highly developed organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to travel to multiple sites
