**Legal Receptionist - Central Manchester - REF345644TH**

**The Role**

As a result of ongoing success and growth a major national law firm based in Manchester city centre, is looking to recruit a Front of House Legal Receptionist.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to come on board and focus on building trusted relationships with clients, whilst maximizing their experience through providing high-level service.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients to the firm and will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely way.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Delivering a quality professional reception service to the firm's clients, partners, and employees at all times;
- Assisting with preparing for marketing events held in the office;
- Ensuring catering and conference call/AV requirements are provided for each room booking, as necessary;
- Booking travel on planes and trains, and hotel accommodation as a member of the Travel Requests group;
- Maintaining relevant travel booking documentation including Excel and filing;
- Coordinate group event accommodation and travel bookings;
- Attending meetings as appropriate.
