The Head of Business is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the revenue goals within the NHS. The role involves identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the NHS Clients
- Identify and establish relationships with corporate partners to increase revenue streams and promote our service into the NHS
- Lead negotiations with corporate partners, ensuring that the company achieves the best possible commercial outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that the companies corporate sales strategy is aligned with wider business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the companies products and services in order to articulate the value proposition to corporate partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service to corporate partners, ensuring that their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Use data and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to corporate partners.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate the companies offering in the market.
- Represent the company at external events and conferences, promoting the organisation’s services to potential corporate partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of sales success within the healthcare sector, ideally within the NHS.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions: The Head of Business will work primarily in an hybrid environment, with some travel required to meet with corporate partners and attend external events. The role may require working outside of normal office hours from time to time.

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
