Taking the helm at Hyundai, Leeds you’ll be working as part of a successful Hyundai main dealer. You’ll be an expert with your customers, leading by example to motivate your team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional experiences across new and used vehicle sales and aftersales.

**What you’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Managing all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service, and coaching your team of Associates to do the same
- Recruiting, developing and retaining talented Associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans
- Controlling cash flow, stocks and asset management, whilst monitoring financial performance
- Implementing brand strategies, polices and procedures, whilst taking a self-driven, forward-thinking approach to develop the business further and build manufacturer relationships
