If so, our client is one of the largest charities in the Employabilty sector, that helps people with employment support. Your job would be to speak to people on the phone and offer careers advice. You will receive full training and support.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Progression Centre Assistant, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Operate the telephones as part of the National Careers Service Helpline, taking bookings for advice sessions, providing basic information and referrals for the service.
- Record all customers complaints and complaints to meet our clients standards and procedures, updating our clients MI system with information about contacts and arrange any follow up activities too.
**Experience and Skills**:
The ideal Progression Centre Assistant will have:
- Excellent IT skills, including Office and databases
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own work to meet deadlines and targets.
- Flexibility to support delivery, including Saturdays on a shift / rota basis.
