Job description

Bookings Administrator responsibilities will include the following:

- Booking appointments with residents and clients via the telephone
- Ensuring that the appointments are booked within an appropriate geographical location based on the engineer’s catchment area or work for that day.
- Working in a timely manner to replace reported no accesses by calling residents to make late notice appointments.
- Being the first point of contact in the office to answer incoming calls.
- Updating booking details on trackers.
- Creating and posting letters to tenants.
- Liaising with clients in regards to booking appointments and reporting.
- Ensuring certificates and supporting paperwork to clients are sent.
- General administrative duties

Must have good communication skills both verbal and written and be confident in speaking to our clients.

Previous administration and customer service experience essential

This is an primarily an office based position however happy to discuss some remote working

Full Time - 40 hours per week 5 days between Monday - Friday. Must be able to work from 8.00am - 5.00pm or 9.00 - 6.00 with occasional Saturday
