**Offshore Maintenance Planner**

Location: North Sea

The offshore planner, on a 2/3 rotation, will report directly to the Planning Manager with a functional line report to the OIM. This position is responsible for coordinating the offshore execution (35 day) planning window for both vendor and core crew works.
They will ensure that activities have met the required gate criteria, and that the plan is deliverable within the platform POB constraints. They will ensure that the primavera plan is aligned the offshore logistic tracking tools such as vantage.
They will support the inclusion of ‘break-in’ work, trying to minimise its impact on the frozen plan.

**Responsibilities**

**Maximo & Primavera synchronisation**
- Accountable for the daily synchronisation of Maximo & Primavera databases using write backs, appends and global changes.

**IAP review (12hrs per week)**
Responsible for driving the quality and suitability of the 35-day Primavera plan. This process includes the following key activities:

- 35 Day plan review meeting preparation in conjunction with the Asset Planner
- Coordinating the review of impacts of ‘break-in’ work on planned activities
- Support the OIM in assessing ‘break-in’ works within the 35-day planning window.
- For all approved changes, update the Primavera Identifiers and record notes.
- Review and assess the quality of the 35-day core crew maintenance plan.

**Maintenance Management Tool**
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Maintenance Management Tool (Maximo) to produce work plans. This includes the following key activities:
Synchronise Primavera and Maximo as per the agreed timeline.
- Issue draft review sheets for offshore discipline leads to review.
- Update Primavera with review sheet feedback to reschedule the work plan.
- Reschedule all work which is identified as not being able to complete.
- Champion data quality and continuous improvement of Maximo
- Issue approved 1wk Asset schedule (work list)
- Support Maintenance Manager in reviewing the quality of PMs prior to auto generation.
- Confirm all WOs scheduled in the execution window are at APPR and where required update the status within Maximo.
- Act as the offshore Maximo ‘superuser’
- Check WO data quality on new WAPPR work orders to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure WO are signed off within the planning period to drive accurate reporting.

**Meetings**
You will chair the following meetings.
- Daily ‘Break-in’ meeting (Priorities, agree & communicate changes)

You will facilitate the following meetings.
- Offshore 35-day planning meeting
- 1 week maintenance planning meeting

You will support the following meetings.
- 90 Day planning meeting
- Safety Critical look ahead
- Backlog maintenance review

Plans & Documents
You will be expected to produce the following plans & documents to support the planning process.
- 1 week full plan (core crew works & vendor works)
- 1 week work lists
- Input the planning action log.
- Input into the 35 days & 90 day plan

**Planning progress**
- Obtain progress update of any non-Maximo activities from supervisors and validate progress through site visits to report progress in Primavera P6.
- Review progress with Asset Planner, looking at KPI 2 performance and proposed improvement actions.
- Check and update the relevant gate readiness flags.

**Mobilisation & Logistics**
- Focal point for the approval & processing of offshore visitors within the 35-day plan
- Responsible for ensuring that Primavera P6 and the logistics systems are aligned in the 35-day planning window
- Manage & coordinate the movement of personnel offshore, booking of inbound flights
- O&M Time writing via MPower

**Miscellaneous**
- Provide holiday cover for the onshore asset planner - if desired
- Share Communications to platform as ‘Offshore Communications Coordinator’ (OCC) when required

**Key Skills / Qualifications / Competencies**
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Maximo
- Strong understanding of planning and scheduling processes, concepts and tools
