**Job Description Maintenance & Access Work Planner with Stork**:
The Maintenance & Access Work Planner is responsible for planning detailed Work Orders for all FM & Access activities, and is accountable for safety/health/environmental factors, reliability, and cost in support of their particular assigned assets.

**Tasks and Responsibilities as** Maintenance & Access Work Planner**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Development of optimised work packages to be executed by offshore teams
- Daily interface with offshore FM & Access teams and Supervision to ensure good progress is being made.
- Champion continuous improvement of Maintenance Execution process
- Maintain, share and present key data such as Dashboards and Reports to drive Fabric Maintenance and Access/Scaffold delivery and performance
- Identify and initiate Management of Change where applicable
- SAP competent for all required transactions and reports
- Rough cut schedule of PM/CM work scope
- Deliver commercially accountable work as required, managing cost and schedule risks for all parties.

**Project Management and Interfaces**
- Daily interface with offshore teams and Supervision to ensure progress, and remove blockers to efficient execution.
- Regular interface with client asset maintenance managers, discipline engineers, with respect to workscope progress
- Responsibility for delivery of scope as set out in agreed plans and any emergent work within bed and budget constraints set by the facility maintenance managers/focal points
- Demonstrate active management of HSE, cost and schedule risk as appropriate
- Responsibility for meeting or exceeding delivery requirements, targets and norms set as part of commercially accountable workscopes.
- Attendance at all required client/asset meetings including planning meetings, notification meetings and safety meetings.
- Daily checks of dashboards and trackers to monitor progress against plans, whilst liaising with offshore for verification.

**Delivery**
- Accountable for overall delivery of assigned scopes to client requirements and expectations.
- Ensuring the project scope of work is executed and documented in accordance with Stork and client agreed processes and procedures.
- The main focal point and liaison between Stork and the client for FM & Access workscope delivery on assigned assets.
- Maintaining close liaison with their line manager, providing regular updates on project activities and performance.
- Developing and implementing the strategy for their scopes including planning, commercial and technical aspects.
- Delivering relevant performance KPI’s within the project.
- Deliver range of services meeting client expectations and requirements as set out in the contract and/or quality plan.
- Daily raising of Z1 Notifications for annual scope and break-ins.
- Initial preparation of Work Orders, using NORMS, and marking up and attachment of drawings.
- Population of Work orders for Non-Planner Group B workscopes.
- Convert all required Notifications to Awaiting approval to the correct standard and lifecycle
- Minimise any rework by ensuring quality work order data.
- Continual review of QA/QC reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lead pre-mob briefs with offshore personnel to provide overview of workscope, set general expectations and communicate key safety messages.
- In conjunction with client, develop monthly scope freeze for allocated assets taking in to consideration all required steps, hours allocated, and incorporating carry over from previous months.
- MOC- Understand the principles of management of change.
- Continually monitor all low priority workscopes that have reached their LAFD, then request Z6 approval to reschedule.

**Finance**
- The planning, monitoring and control of budgets and project expenditure for their scopes.
- Review and approve CTR’s complied by technical coordinators.
- Review and monitor the monthly forecasts to reflect the latest estimate for the assigned scopes.
- Contribute towards the compilation of the budget for the coming year.
- Review and approve invoices to ensure correct and accurate invoices are submitted to the client, facilitating prompt payments.
