We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Dispatch and Order Fulfillment Team Leader. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating dispatch operations and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the dispatch of small parcels, tracking orders, and managing fulfillment processes.

**+ Essential Job Functions**

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch Operations:

- Coordinate the dispatch of small parcels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Track orders and oversee fulfillment processes to meet set timescales.
- Team Leadership:

- Manage and motivate team members to ensure timely product delivery.
- Set objectives and targets for team members, monitor performance, and provide necessary training.
- Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes and adherence to procedures.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Coordinate with the Sales and Yeast teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Document special cases for product dispatch and create procedures for exceptions.
- Stock Management:

- Monitor and communicate stock levels to ensure availability at all times.
- Ensure quality assurance of all products received from the production team, checking that they meet specifications for each product.
- Logistics Documentation:

- Manage documentation of logistics procedures and operations.
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

- Conduct regular reporting of logistics metrics, such as order fulfillment and courier costs.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and overall performance.

**+ Education, Experience & Personal Characteristics**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, with a focus on small parcel dispatch and order fulfillment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
- Ability to evaluate metrics and implement improvements to optimize shipping methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.

**+ Salary & Working Conditions**
- Salary Negotiable
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Office-based at Bluebird House
- 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per month
