**Responsibilities**:
**Personal Assistant**
- Managing commercial and personal diaries of Group CEO
- Scheduling of company meetings, travel and accommodation as required (inc. liaising with company travel agent)
- Managing and prioritizing of Group CEO’s required daily/weekly tasks
- Handling of inbound and outbound communications, as necessary, for Group CEO and Senior Management Team
**Sales Support**
- Organizing/creating and issuance of reservation forms, service agreements and invoices on behalf of sales team
- Receiving and processing of payments for PSI services from point of enquiry to sales order and payment stage
- Liaising with customers with regards to order queries, service delivery updates and any other customer-related queries concerning invoices and/or service agreements
- Monitoring of payments, order values and data summaries
**Customer Support**
- Responding to general enquiries from PSI prospects and customers
- Providing first-line customer support to existing PSI customers
- Collating customer feedback as required and reporting back to GMD to enable customer feedback monitoring
- **General Administration**:
- Maintaining digital and physical filing system for all required company documentation
- Creating operational processes and workflows to facilitate better day-to-day management of clients, internal/external communication, prospect and client data, and general company information
Additional Duties and Responsibilities**Reception Duties & Hospitality**
- Serving as the main point of contact for all inbound enquiries and office visitors (hosting when necessary)
- Answering calls and taking messages as required
- Booking meeting room(s) when required, and arranging any catering requirements for colleagues and visitors
- **Inter-Company Liaison**:
- Facilitating communication as required between PSI and other subsidiaries within Haywood Group Holdings
- Regular communication with Sales and Marketing Teams across the Group to enable efficient daily operations
- **Provision of Cover**:
- Providing cover of any relevant duties when colleagues are absent from work
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly

- Strong verbal communications skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (especially with Microsoft and Google software)
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in some form of commercial, customer-facing role
- Specific experience in sales administration and/or personal assistant role(s)
