**The Role**

As an experienced Marketing Coordinator you will be instrumental in delivering on the regional marketing strategies for a collection of developments in our portfolio.

Success in this role will be through swift and efficient project management, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to build effective relationships with the Sales team, and wider project teams.
- Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver on bespoke marketing strategies for a collection of developments
- Manage the content across the brand websites and ensure this is up-to-date and as engaging as possible
- Continually monitor and update the listings across property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the listings
- Manage the creation and administration of purchase orders and invoicing alongside our accounts team
- Manage the photography of our developments and homes, liaising with photographers, assisting on photo shoots and updating the photo library
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communities which can be used across campaigns in print and digital
- Creation of weekly marketing updates to sales and wider company on recent marketing activity
- Build effective relationships with the sales team and work with them to successfully deliver on all aspects of the marketing and communications strategies
- Ensure all media activities are added into media calendars along with relevant artwork
- Support with the implementation of signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding and site signage to ensure site presentation standards are met and drive customer enquiries
- Support on agreed marketing events, coordinating the event with team members and ensuring the event achieves its objective
- Assist with producing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, floorplans, leaflets ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all activity
- Assist with the briefing of print and digital campaigns and marketing materials to deliver upon the agreed marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and use insights to shape future marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:
Experience
- Experience of working within a fast paced marketing team or agency is essential
- Previous experience of managing multiple projects with differing priorities and stakeholders
- Experience of using marketing related CRM systems

**Skills & knowledge**
- Excellent project management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content
- Pro-active approach and keen to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team

The successful applicant will be based from our London office 1-2 days per week with the remainder of the week based from home / visting our other offices & developments so a full drivers licence and own vehicle are essential.
