We seek to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Clinical Fellow in _Neonatology_ to work within the Neonatology Directorate part of the Perinatal Division of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust at The Royal Oldham Hospital on the Level 3 Neonatal Unit

**Main duties of the job**:
You will work exclusively within the Neonatal Unit on a full shift Tier 1 rota (first on-call) (1 in 12) with other paediatric trainees, junior clinical fellows and ANNPs. The Neonatal Unit is one of Greater Manchester’s 3 tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and has 9 Intensive Care cots, 9 High Dependency cots and 19 Special Care cots, and offers the full spectrum of medical neonatal care. The state-of-the-art unit is housed in the new purpose-built Women and Children’s Building. The unit is led by a dedicated team of experienced consultant neonatologists.

You will be expected to continue your professional development and ample training opportunities are available within the department. The Trust has links with University of Manchester for undergraduate training of medical students and is a major contributor to a number of research studies in the region.
