**Join Our Team as a Volunteer Receptionist at The Hive Youth Zone**

Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating a welcoming environment? The Hive Youth Zone is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Volunteer Receptionists. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of senior young people aged 13-18 during our Thursday and Friday evening sessions.

**Role**: Volunteer Receptionist

**Location**: The Hive Youth Zone, Bright Street, Birkenhead

**Time Commitment**: Thursday and Friday evenings during senior sessions

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to The Hive Youth Zone.
- Assist with check-ins and registrations for senior sessions.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information about programs, activities, and events at The Hive Youth Zone.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facility during busy times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual attendance on Thursday or Friday evenings or both.
- Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive environment.
