Looking for a new challenge? A Personal Assistant with a twist. Were looking for someone who can provide direct administrative and project coordination support to the Business Improvement Director.

The role involves regular travel to sites and occasional overnight stays. A driving licence is therefore essential.

Your role will be to provide direct support and manage the busy schedule of the Business Improvement Director, handling and responding to correspondence and calls on the Directors behalf.

You will also manage all aspects of project administration, and coordinate projects for the Director with their guidance.

What youll be doing:

- Handling all correspondence and prioritising responses based on the Directors priorities.
- Scheduling appointment and organising diary events
- Setting reminder for meeting, appointments and other tasks
- Coordinating stakeholders and clients for meeting and events as required by the Director or Projects.
- Taking notes at meetings and distributing minutes
- Helping develop and support the roll-out of BI systems and processes across the wider business
- Working closely with the Business Improvement Director and the business improvement internal customers to plan and prioritise BI interventions and training
- Reporting on KPI’s, providing the reports for the Director
- Ensuring financial and non-financial benefits are identified and tracked
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery
- Keeping track of project timetable sand costings to report to the director
