**What you'll be doing**

As one of our Multi-Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for working within our Planned Work’s Team using your **plumbing and carpentry** skills, completing a program of new kitchens and bathrooms. Completing upgrades in our customer properties alongside a mix of trade operatives, ensuring quality and safety for all Curo Customers. A qualification in carpentry or plumbing is a bonus.

You’ll work very closely with a team of trade operatives and colleagues from our Planned Works Team, ensuring a joined-up approach to delivery and driving positive cross team relationships with a motivation to succeed.

**The successful Multi-Trade Specialist will have the following background**:

- You will have a proven quality of work to include skills such as carpentry, tiling and plumbing - and are able to deliver to tight deadlines, working alongside dedicated team of trades.
- You will have a background as a plumber and a carpenter.
- You will have a good attention to detail and a proactive attitude, which will be focused on team targets alongside your own installs.
- The aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard and, whenever possible, resolved at the first visit is important.
- You will also need to be comfortable using handheld mobile and tablet devices.

We will need to take up a Disclosure and Barring Check for this role **which we will do for you when you start.**
