Customer Complaints Advisor

As a Complaints Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of customer engagement and support within the UI region.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and support Customer Satisfaction Management through global survey feedback.
- Act as the primary contact for inbound Dissatisfactions, ensuring timely resolution for customers.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM software modifications, updates, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business systems to manage relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills for successful outcomes in business interactions.
- Familiarity with Market Survey software.
- Ability to make informed decisions for query resolutions.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in supporting senior sales management and working within cross-divisional teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills with outstanding communication abilities.
- Demonstrated credibility as a brand ambassador for Olympus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and budgets.
