**What the job involves**

We’re looking for three Marketing Officers to join our fast-paced communications team in a varied and dynamic role. You’ll be responsible for developing marketing communications for Prostate Cancer UK across a range of products.

You’ll approach marketing with a _product _mindset_, _making the user’s need and experience primary, and work with teams across the charity to develop communications plans that reach the right audience, with the right content, on the right channels, at the right time, to make the biggest impact with the resource available.

**What we want from you**

We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised person with experience in digital marketing.

Through your marketing expertise, you’re able to produce content and campaigns to engage and convert our priority audiences. And using audience insight and analytics, you’re able to continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to create the biggest impact and inspire our customers to take action to help save and improve the lives of men affected by prostate cancer.

You’ll be comfortable at building strong working relationships and working across teams to deliver joint projects and will have a keen eye for opportunities to innovate and expand our approaches. And you’ll happily use your expertise to support your team-mates as the occasion demands.

**Hybrid working**

Our aim is to be a flexible workplace. We want people to be successful, confident, informed, connected to their colleagues and develop in their roles. We usually work from home, with some time each month spent in our London Bridge office. Office time is usually to collaborate with colleagues (this is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs to the office). The frequency may vary over the year and is dependent on the needs of the role and the organisation. Space is also available for employees that wish to use the office on a more regular basis.

For this role, you should be willing to travel into the office two or three times a month when it’s valuable for you to do so.
