A leading supplier of ductile iron products are looking for a customer-focused individual to join them as a Customer Service Coordinator to provide support to their team in Ilkeston.

This role will be fully office-based during training. Once you are fully competent in the role, hybrid working is available.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30, occasionally 9.00 to 5.00 on a rotating basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing various orders and deliveries, including high-value complex projects.
- Proactively chasing customer delivery schedules.
- Agreeing and managing customer delivery call-offs.
- Producing customer order book reports.
- Attending customer meetings (virtual and in person).

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Resilience to deal with unhappy customers professionally.
- Negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic approach to work.
