**Job Title**: Scheduling Coordinator
**Reports To**:Patient Services Manager
**Accountable To**: Practice Manager
**Hours**: 20 hours per week
**Pay**:Depending on Experience
**Holiday**: 20 days annual leave (pro rata) rising per completed year to a maximum of 25 days
**Pension**: You will be eligible to join the NHS Pension Scheme
**Job summary**
This is an excellent opportunity to join part of the rapidly expanding Primary Care Team. We are a friendly, forward thinking practice looking for someone with initiative and positivity who will proactively carry out Private medical administration duties.
**Job Summary**
This role will include the management, maintenance, and monitoring of our appointments system, ensuring that capacity is sufficient by booking locums or arranging alternative cover when needed. The role is extremely varied and encompasses a broad range of duties. It requires initiative, resourcefulness, and diligence as well as secretarial, and office skills. The post holder will have excellent computer and word processing skills. A flexible attitude is essential for the holder of this varied post.
