The Timetabling Service at MMU is a sector leading scheduling operation, providing personalised timetables to over 30000 staff & students. It's location within Education Services enables the delivery of an end to end central record of the student journey. The Timetable Services team works closely with the academy to plan and deliver a responsive timetable within the framework of the existing estate. Regular analysis of teaching space and curriculum data is used to inform the development of the current investment programme in capital resources, as well as scoping resource for curriculum developments and services.

**About you**:
You will have excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail. You will have a high level of literacy and numeracy. You will have experience of database interrogation and data management. You will be a proactive and motivated individual who will work to continuously improve the service we deliver with particular focus on the student experience & data quality. You will also have excellent IT skills, be able to pick up new processes and work across multiple software packages. Evidence of building cooperative working relationships within a team and across the organisation as a whole in relation to problem identification and resolution would also be beneficial.

Ideally you will have proven experience in a customer service role in an organisation of a similar size and complexity, with evidence working within an enquiry management system.
