There are a number of opportunities available for fixed-term roles within the Student Experience Programme (SEP).

The Student Experience Programme is a significant change initiative for our University; we are introducing new technology and processes to improve the experience for our students and staff, and people and structural changes that will enable us to deliver enhanced, more visible services to students and new ways of working across the University.

We are delighted to be promoting a number of opportunities to join the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience teams across our Schools; Faculties and DSE Student and Academic Services.

The changes in the way we work are the building blocks for our future, and we are looking for new and passionate individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of our students and staff.

Colleagues will work flexibly across the University and take on assignments and roles as required across the organisation, using key principles of business partnering and collaborative working to ensure delivery of university and local priorities, operating at all times as a single cross University team.

**Scheduling and Projects**:_1 x Permanent _
- To take responsibility for the administration of the student timetable and project activities for Teaching, Learning and Students.
- To be responsible for the administration of the student timetable and project activities for Teaching, Learning and Students to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service to staff and students.
- To undertake administration functions in relation to the student timetables across the faculty in line with agreed activity deadlines.
- To provide ongoing timetabling administrative support throughout the academic year including change requests and resolution of issues arising.
- To provide administrative support for Teaching, Learning and Student projects across the year.

**Curriculum and Programmes**:_x3 permanent and x1 two year fixed term contract_
- To support the administration of all required activities, including (but not limited to) quality assurance processes, coordinating and updating unit specification data, accurately recording student change of circumstances, required cross-School interactions, preparing materials for curriculum and programme reviews, supporting course unit selection, providing curriculum advice to students, supporting student registrations.
- To provide support to required School activities in the delivery of student timetables, including annual requirements gathering, start of year/semester checks, student number adjustments, assigning student groups, dealing with change requests etc. liaising with the faculty scheduling team and academic colleagues as appropriate.

**Assessment and Progression**:_x2 two year fixed term contract_
- The post holder will provide a high quality level of assessment administration, working closely with colleagues across the Teaching, Learning & Student Experience team and liaising with academic and professional services colleagues within and outside the School as well as External Examiners.
