In this exciting internship, you will work closely with our student services and marketing teams to develop innovative social program activities and captivating visual content promoting EP. As a dynamic role, you will welcome new students, cultivate a customer-centric culture for enhanced student retention, and address student inquiries efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new students and facilitate a seamless orientation process.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture to boost student retention.
  • Leverage diverse social program activities to elevate student engagement.
  • Address student inquiries promptly, covering courses, accommodation, and well-being.
  • Effectively manage and resolve student issues and complaints.
  • Analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with EP head office on post-arrival service matters.
  • Support student accommodation management and contribute to optimal service delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting others.
  • A stipend of £150 per week, plus paid public transport expenses, for full-time interns committing up to 40 hours per week.
