**About the job**
We are looking for you to join a team of support workers who care for children up to the age of 18 years who have had adverse childhood experiences and have come from a back ground of trauma. Many of the children you'll be supporting haven't had parental rolemodels or adults who have shown them any respect, time or love, you'll need to be a nurturing person that can demonstrate good boundaries.
As the service is a 24/7 you'll be flexible to fit into a shift pattern which will include sleep-in duties, some weekend working, and working on Bank Holidays (enhancements will add up to around £5,000 for FT workers).
**About You**
The key thing is that you want to be there and thrive to support the young people to have the best outcomes, reach their full potential and have the same life chances as others.
Level 3 Children and young people preferable
experience in health and social care setting desirable as many skills are transferable.
**Benefits**
Salary of £24,948 - £26,845 plus shift enhancements of approximately £5,000 per year,
Supportive induction including shadow shifts and regular supervision
Full training including Level 3 and 4 once passed probation
