Support the orthotist and liaise with him/her regarding any clinical issues. Liaise with orthotist regarding the triage of new patients. Supervise the lycra and orthotic clinics; including assembling patient notes, uploading notes, processing orders and tracking them as required. Take initial responsibility for the local resolution of problems that may arise with staff/clients.

To deal with complaints according to CLCH policy and procedures. Exercise negotiating skills and tact to achieve agreement and co-operation.
