Overview:
Energy Resourcing are currently supporting their global EPC client and are on the lookout for a Senior HSE Advisor to join the client's Lincolnshire team on an ongoing contract basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain solid relationships and engage with project representatives, Customers, Companies and Partners throughout.
- Ensure thorough contractor HSE assessments undertake and conduct pre-qualification evaluations as required.
- Actively participate in H&S Risk Assessments and ensure all project activities are covered by a robust and comprehensive Safe System of Work where applicable.
- Actively participate in field safety verifications, ensuring that Safe Systems of Works are complied with by those undertaking the associated works, ensuring that permit conditions are implemented, and that associated Life Saving Rules are followed.
- Actively participate in accident investigation when required, manage events through robust case management ensuring that lessons learned are captured, communicated, and implemented where practicable.
- Support the project management team in the execution and delivery of associated documents by project schedules and associated deliverable packages where applicable.
- Monitor HSE conditions and take appropriate action to remediate known deficiencies that have the potential to affect Safety, Health and Welfare.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s standards, procedures, and associated policies.
- Supporting the Construction Manager or Project Manager in the safe delivery of associated project-related work aligned to Safety, Health and Welfare.
- Acting as a focal point for Safety, Health and Welfare related issues.
- Actively supporting the project by being the HSE focal point at associated client and Customer meetings.
- Delivery of associated HSE reports, weekly and monthly where applicable.
- Daily monitoring of the client Assurance System and managing events to close out within a timely manner.
- Actively coaching and mentoring others in “LIFE” i.e., HSELA, LSR’s Take5 etc.
- Continued development and maintenance of project-specific documents relating to Safety, Health and Welfare.
- Act as point of contact for matters relating to HSE Legislation, ACoP and associated guidance.
- Daily management of the client's Assurance System for HSE Case Management.
- Producing Weekly / Monthly HSE Reports where applicable.

Qualifications:

- Recognised NV Level 5 /6 Diploma or NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in HSE.
- Graduate / Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety.
- RCA or other industry-recognised incident investigation technique.
- Qualified auditor of safety and environmental management systems 45001.
- Large project experience.
- Experienced working in Field HSE Management.
- Supported the establishment and deployment of HSE systems in projects.
- High-risk heavy industry-related experience.
- Proven track record of implementation of HSE systems and practices across complex work fronts.
