Day to day

As our Specialist, you will:

- Collaborate with our leaders to provide best in practice recruitment advice
- Think creatively to effectively engage and source diverse talent across the UK,
- Build sourcing strategies, adverts, and social content that align with the requirements of each role
- Research market trends and insights in recruitment and continuously share knowledge with the team and business
- Utilise data and insights to steer future campaigns to meet targets and objectives

About you

The required skills we're looking for:

- Volume hiring experience gained from a large corporate in-house function, agency or RPO environment
- Understanding or extensive use of talent attraction tools and services with volume hiring
- Diverse knowledge and experience in volume assessment tools and selection methodology
- Confident in building effective working relationships with leaders across the business, able to demonstrate resilience in overcoming objections, with a curious approach to getting to the heart of the matter
- Highly effective planning, organisational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel
- A drive for continuous improvement, with an inquisitive nature to continuously try new things
